Home of Actively Fit Seniors

WordPress is my new site host, I hope you will give it a good look and then subscribe to the ActivelyFitSeniors.blog shortly thereafter.

030419 Welcome to our site.

I say “our site” because if you are interested in this information then I suspect that you are probably older than the majority of people in this great nation of ours.

I started out young, a long time ago. Now I am older, as in old.

I have been married for nearly forty years now. I am a husband, father, and grandfather. I have been actively involved in the strength and fitness world, more specifically in the strength training realm for the greater part of my life.

My goal is to share the knowledge I have to help you improve your physical and mental fitness and to provide guidance in avoiding the mistakes I have made along the way.

Along the way I propose to delve into the main facets of fitness, specifically the following areas, all of which are listed in the menu bar at the top of the page:

  • Aerobic exercise
  • Anaerobic exercise
  • Balance
  • Benefits of exercise
  • Body composition
  • Flexibility
  • Fitness
  • Videos

and if you choose, you can upload your exercise videos…with my review and approval of course.

Providing medical advice is not the intent or purpose of this site. We assume no liability for the information contained in these pages if it is taken as medical advice. Always consult with your primary health care provider before beginning any new exercise program.

At the bottom of the page on the WordPress https://activelyfitseniors.blog/ you will find a subscribe button, use it to sign up. You won't be sorry you did.

Thank you

This is what the subscribe button looks like on the new site.

This one I do not believe is working.
